The exact design of the screw contour, whether for round, oval or square body geometries with variable pitches, is the main focus
of the aforementioned concept. This allows even pressure-sensitive parts to be transported and conveyed.

The screw inlet and outlet points can be precisely defined. The pitch of the screw is freely selectable
and can also vary within the screw length.

Due to short set-up and processing times, it is possible to produce even small quantities economically.

Diameters of up to 400mm can be realized.
